Sales Tax Information Each Internet order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 8.25%, the current rate and applied to the total amount of your order. This tax rate is based upon the rate this shop is charged regardless of the origination/destination of your order. Substitution and Proper Design Policy All floral industry standards and rules are followed when substitutions are required. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet, due to the availability of certain flowers in this and other source countries. Care is taken to maintain the over all style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement. Using design elements, line flowers will be sub'd for line flowers, mass for mass, and filler for filler. Proper design is important to us as professionals, and when filling an order from an online photograph created by another source, we will always opt to improve upon a design using our knowledge of design rules. You may notice that, for example, your arrangement is taller or flowers are positioned differently. We use the freshest possible product to fill your order and may upgrade flower variety when we can. The substitution of certain containers may be necessary due to short supply, color, and increased demand, especially during major holidays. You may wish to discuss availability, when placing your order. In single-flower type arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, we will always match the flower type (IE roses), but if the requested color is not on hand it may be necessary to substitute with another color or mix of colors appropriate for the occasion. Occasionally, a sender will provide incorrect delivery information, such as street numbers, or misspellings. Should this occur, please call us immediately at 972-635-2310 so that corrections may be made. The same applies when incorrect delivery dates are provided, let us know as soon as possible. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses or delivery dates. It is understood that anyone at the delivery address may sign for the flowers and they are considered delivered to the receipient. Privacy/Security Every effort is made to protect personal information gathered in the processing of your order. We will never share or sell your personal information. We maintain a constant high degree of security. Our shop is PCI compliant in the securing of credit card information. Satisfaction We use only the freshest product available, and employee professionals with the knowledge of correct flower care and handling, to insure the longest possible enjoyment of your floral gift. Different flowers obviously have different life spans. For example, roses are different from carnations. There are rules for where to place your flowers within your home, when and how to change the water, freshen the stems and feed cut flowers.
